Completed Anchor Home Energy project
Home / What to Expect

No Surprises. That's the Whole Point.

Big home projects go wrong when nobody tells you what's coming. Here's exactly how ours go — from first call to final walkthrough.

The First Call — 10 Minutes

Tell us what you're thinking about. We'll ask a few questions about your home, your heating fuel, and your goals, then book your free assessment at a time that actually works. Prefer to start by text? Text us — a human answers.

The Free Assessment — About an Hour

We walk the property with you. For heat pumps that means a room-by-room load look and a rebate eligibility check; for generators, a panel and fuel review; for radiant and snow melt, measurements and surface planning. You'll get honest answers, including "you don't need this" when you don't.

The Proposal — Within a Few Days

A written quote with exact pricing, every rebate and financing option as a visible line item, equipment specifics, and a realistic install timeline. It's good for a while — no expiring-tonight pressure tactics.

Scheduling & Prep

We handle permits, utility coordination, and rebate pre-approvals. You get a real install date and a heads-up about anything you need to do (usually nothing).

Install Day(s)

Most mini split projects finish in 1–2 days; generators typically 1–2 days on-site after gas and electrical coordination; radiant and snow melt run with your renovation or paving schedule. Floors protected, site cleaned, systems tested before we leave.

The Walkthrough & After

We show you how everything works until you're comfortable, register your warranties, file your rebates, and stay reachable. The phone number on this site rings the same local team after the install as before it.

Step One Is Free

Book the assessment. Worst case, you'll know exactly what your project involves.
